Has applied to the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation
(NIAUR) for an electricity generation licence commencing November
2016 and consisting of the following: eight wind turbine generators at
a maximum rating of 2.35MW, each to be connected to the electricity
grid in Northern Ireland.
The wind farm will be constructed in the townlands of Altcolghfin and
Altamuskin, Shantavny, Co. Tyrone. Copies of the maps
accompanying the licence application are available for inspection by
the public at the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation,
Queens House, 14 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6ED between 10.00am
and 4.00pm on any working day.

of such shares shall be provided. Slieve Divena Wind Farm No. 2
Limited is ultimately a wholly owned subsidiary of SSE plc, a
publicly listed company.
Desired date from which the licence is to take effect: November
2017.
The number of generating stations intended to be operated under the
licence (if granted): 1 generating station.
A sufficient description specifying the actual or proposed locations of
those stations. E.g.: by reference to townlands, local government
districts, postal address, etc. Slieve Divena Wind Farm No.2 is
located in the townlands of Altcolghfin and Altamuskin,
Shantavny, Dungannon, Co.Tyrone
A description of how those stations will, in each case, be fuelled or
driven: The stations will be driven by wind.
The date when any proposed generating stations are expected to be
commissioned: January to February 2017.
The capacity and type of each unit within the generating station (MW):
Eight no. wind turbines each with a maximum capacity
of 2.35MW. The overall wind farm maximum export capacity
(MEC) will be a maximum of 18.8MW
Details of any licences held, applied for or being applied for by the
applicant in respect of the generation, participation in transmission or
supply of electricity: A generation licence is currently held by SSE
Renewables UK Limited (dated 18th April 2011)

The Council has received an application from The Scottish Salmon
Company for a New Atlantic Salmon fish farm comprising 10 x 38m
diameter cages in one group (of 5 x 2) within a 80m grid layout at Site
1525M SE Of 2 Torvaig Portree (16/03352/FUL). The application is
supported by an Environmental Statement.
The application, the accompanying Environmental Statement and its
addendum are available for public inspection between the hours of
9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at the following locations —

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been
submitted to Scottish Borders Council by Livos Energy Ltd relating to
erection of wind farm comprising of Wind farm development
comprising of 8 no turbines 100m height to tip and associated works,
infrastructure, compounds, buildings and meteorological mast in
respect of Land North Of Howpark Farmhouse, Grantshouse
Possible decisions relating to the application are: -
