All and whole that dwellinghouse known as and forming 23/2 london street, new town, edinburgh, EH3 6LY in the county of midlothian being the subjects more particularly described in instrument of sasine in favour of george williamson recorded in the new particular register of sasines etcetera for edinburgh etcetera on thirsty first march eighteen hundred and twenty four; together with (one) the whole rights, common, mutual and individual and the parts privileges and pertinents effeiring thereto; (two) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; and (three) my whole right, title and interest, present and future in and to the said subjects; but always with and under insofar as valid, subsisting and applicable, the burdens, conditions and others specified and contained in (first) instrument of sasine in favour of george williamson recorded in the new particular register of sasine’s etcetera for edinburgh etcetera on thirsty first march eighteen hundred and twenty four (second) feu charter by the town of edinburgh, in favour of alexander sim dated eleventh and recorded in the said particular register on twelfth september eighteen hundred and twenty three.
