The assignment by the landlord to the company subject to the provisions of the rent deposit deed of the right to receive 16.2/3% of the interest credited to the interest bearing account opened in the name of the landlord with a bank or other institution of the landlords choosing or such account or fund on the money market as the landlord from time to time in its absolute discretion may select wherein the deposit sum is for the time being lodged in accordance with the terms of the rent deposit.
