LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 SSL PARTNERS III LP (Registered No. LP015841) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, in February 2015 notice was incorrectly given stating that “on 13 February 2015, Signature Senior Lifestyle Investments III Limited transferred its entire interest held in SSL Partners III LP, a limited partnership registered in the United Kingdom, with registration number LP015841 to SSL Investments (DP3) LP: By virtue of this transfer, Signature Senior Lifestyle Investments III Limited ceased to be a limited partner in SSL Partners III LP and SSL Investments (DP3) LP was admitted as a limited partner in SSL Partners III LP” (the “2015 Notice”). The 2015 Notice should have stated that “on 13 February 2015, Signature Senior Lifestyle Investments III Limited transferred its limited partnership interest held by Signature Senior Lifestyle Investments III Limited in its capacity as Founder Partner and assigned all rights, title and interest held in its capacity as Founder Partner in the firm (as such term having the meaning defined in the Limited Partnership Agreement relating to the firm dated 19 December 2013) (the “Founder Partner Interest”) to SSL Investments (DP3) LP acting by its general partner, Signature SLP GP Limited. Signature Senior Lifestyle Investments III Limited’s retained its remaining limited partnership in the firm with a capital contribution of £240 as limited partner.” Signature Senior Lifestyle Investments III Limited as such remained a limited partner after 30 March 2015 as it retained the Contribution and SSL Investments (DP3) LP acting by its general partner, Signature SLP GP Limited, (as result of the transfer and assignment described at paragraph 2 above) became a limited partner in the firm and held the Founder Partner Interest with a capital contribution of £100 contributed as limited partner.
