Vehicles will be permitted to remain in these parking places beyond the 30-minute free parking period for an additional period of up to 2 hours on payment of a parking charge of £1 per hour. The parking charge will be payable through the telephone payment system operated by Paybyphone and will be required to be paid for by the end of the free parking period. 4. The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order will be to vary the waiting restrictions in the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice so that they will apply between 8 am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays. 5.
