STEPPER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 7 May 2015, by Ultratech, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware and having a principal place of business at 3050 Zanker Road, San Jose, California 95134. USA, for an order to wind up Stepper Technology Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Registered Number SC267390) with its registered office at Unit 1 Block 5, Earnhill Road, Larkfield Industrial Estate, Greenock, Inverclyde PA16 0EQ, and to appoint Stuart Preston, Grant Thornton UK LLP, Chartered Accountants, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7JZ as provisional Liquidator of the said company, Lord Tyre by interlocutor dated 7 May 2015 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers thereto at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Mr Preston to be provisional liquidator of the said company with the authority to exercise the powers contained in parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
