All and whole (in the first place) all and whole the subjects at 14-16 union street, edinburgh, EH1 3LR being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number MID77154; and (in the second place) all and whole that area or piece of ground lying to the rear of 22 and 24 forth street, edinburgh in the county of midlothian shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto, which said area or piece of ground forms part and portion of (primo) the subjects at 24 forth street, edinburgh more particularly described in disposition by alexander sinclair stenhouse in favour of eliza ann reid dated 2 and recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of edinburgh (now midlothian) on 3 july 1919 and (secundo) the subjects at 22 forth street, edinburgh described in the instrument of sasine in favour of alexander pitcairn and another dated and recorded in the new particular register of sasine etcetera for the sheriffdoms of edinburgh etcetera on 29 december 1804.
