Each case whether registered or unregistered, and all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect anywhere in the world;. (2) the benefit of all applications for, and all rights to use, any of those things (which may now or in the future subsist), and "registered" includes registrations and applications for registration;. Including, without limitation, the intellectual property rights (if any) specified in the schedule to the instrument;. (3) any application for registered intellectual property filed or acquired by the chargor;. And.
