THE A585 TRUNK ROAD (AMOUNDERNESS WAY TO WINDY
HARBOUR JUNCTION) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited
(Company No.09346363) intends to make the above-mentioned
Order, under Sections 84(1)(a) and (2) and paragraph 27(1) of
Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the A585
Trunk Road, in the Districts of Fylde and Wyre, in the County of
Lancashire.
The effect of the Order, if made, would be to impose a combination of
40 miles per hour, 50 miles per hour and national speed limits on the
A585 Trunk Road and side roads as specified in the Schedule to this
notice. Those roads listed in Part 1 of the Schedule to this notice will
be subject to a 40 miles per hour speed limit. Those roads listed in
Part 2 of the Schedule to this notice will be subject to a 50 miles per
hour speed limit. Those roads listed in Part 3 of the Schedule to this
notice will be subject to the national speed limit.
This Order, if made, will revoke any and all other speed limit orders
affecting the lengths of carriageway described above.
The speed limits will not apply to any vehicle being used for
emergency purposes by the police, fire and rescue authority, or
ambulance services, or to special-forces vehicles.
A copy of the Order and Notice, together with a Plan and a Statement
of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours by visiting
the Kier Highways Main Compound, Garstang Road East, Poulton-le-
Fylde, FY6 7SX; or by application to National Highways, Operations
Division, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester M1 2WD making
reference to this notice.
Any person wishing to object to the Secretary of State’s proposal to
make this Order should send a written statement of their objection
and the grounds thereof to the Director, Operations Division, National
Highways Limited, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester M1 2WD,
making reference to this Notice, to be received no later than Friday 10
May 2024, or within 3 weeks of the date of this publication, whichever
is the latest.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough
of Kensington and Chelsea (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”)
on 11th April 2024 have made the above-mentioned Orders under
sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:
(a) replace all residents’ permit holder motorcycle parking places in
the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with shared-use solo
motorcycle parking places;
(b) provide that the hours of operation of the parking places would be
dependent on the location in which the parking place is situated and
would be the same as for other pay on street parking places in the
Borough, details of which can be found online: www.rbkc.gov.uk/
parking-transport-and-streets/visitor-parking-and-pay-phone/
paybyphone
(c) introduce pay on-street charges for the use of the shared-use solo
motorcycle parking places; the charges will be as follows: (i) one day:
£2; (ii) one month: £20; (iii) one year: £200;
(d) provide that payment of the parking charge would allow
motorcyclists to park in any number of shared-use solo motorcycle
parking places in the Borough during the period paid for;
(e) provide that there would be no charge for the use of the shared-
use solo motorcycle parking places in respect of fully electric
motorcycles;
(f) provide that the shared-use solo motorcycle parking places would
also be available to motorcycles that have been granted a residents’
motorcycle bay only solo motorcycle permit or a residents combined
solo motorcycle parking permit, the charges for which would remain
unchanged; and
(g) provide that in locations where motorcycle parking places have
been available to Westminster City Council resident motorcycle
parking permit holders, they would continue to be so.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 18th April
2024 and of all other relevant documents can be obtained for
inspection by emailing [email protected] quoting reference:
“Shared-use motorcycle parking” and can be inspected at The
Council Offices, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 37
Pembroke Road, London, W8 6PW between 9am and 5pm on
Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks
from the date the Order was made.
4. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of its
provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that
Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied
with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the
Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

1. Transport for London, hereby gives notice that it intends to make
the above named Order under sections 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general nature and effect of the Order would be to impose a
speed limit of 30 m.p.h. on –
(1) the eastbound carriageway of the A13 Alfred’s Way and Ripple
Road from a point 26 metres west of the extended western building
line of the Thatched House Public House, Ripple Road to a point
opposite the extended western building line of No. 2 Castle Road;
(2) the westbound carriageway of the A13 Alfred’s Way and Ripple
Road, from a point 7.5 metres west of the extended eastern building

(7) Alter the 40 m.p.h speed limit on the A13 Alfred’s Way and Ripple
Road to accommodate the changes above.
3. The road which would be affected by the Order are the A13 Ripple
Road and Alfred’s Way and their slip roads.
4. The roads affected are currently subject to a speed limit of 40
m.p.h.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of
Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under

The general effect of the Orders would be:
1) To extend the double yellow lines on both sides of Berkeley Road
N8 to 12 metres in length from the junction with Crouch Hall Road.
This will reduce the shared use permit parking/pay to park bays by 5.8
metres adjacent to No.55 and No.57 Crouch Hall Road.
2) To extend the double yellow lines on south east side of Crouch Hall
Road N8 to 10 metres in length from the junction with Berkeley Road

resident permit parking bay by 2.9 metres.

This will reduce the resident permit parking by 6.6 metres outside
No.26/28 and No.59/61 Coleridge Road.
5) To extend the double yellow lines on west side of Edison Road N8
to 12 metres in length from the junction with Coleridge Road adjacent
to No.57 Coleridge Road. This will reduce the resident permit parking
bay by 6.8 metres.
6) To extend the double yellow lines on west side of Berkeley Road N8
to 10 metres in length from the junction with Coleridge Road adjacent
to No.24 Coleridge Road. This will reduce the shared use permit
parking/pay by phone bay by 3.1 metres.

(c) provide three disabled persons parking bays in Cransebill Way
adjacent to Small Copper House;
(d) provide three car club bays operational at all times in Vetchling

Restricted Parking Zone (RPZ), that would ban waiting and loading by
vehicles between 9am and 9pm in Cranesbill Way, Oxeye Way, Vernal

Schedule to this notice, will be eligible to purchase one resident
permit (MW1) at the rates set out in section (g) of this Notice;
(f) Residents whose postal address is listed in the Schedule to this
notice, will be eligible to purchase digital permits (MW2) on behalf on
their visitors at the rates set out in section (h) of this Notice;
(g) provide that the charge for the issue of a residents' permit will be in
accordance with the schedule of charges in the Table below, and that
the residents' permit will be valid for a period of 12 months running
from the beginning of the month in which it first becomes valid;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a block transfer order of
ICC Judge Mullen dated 28 March 2024 (“Order”), Scott Bastick and
Mark Phillips (as the case may be) were removed as office-holder in
the cases listed in the schedules annexed to the Order (“Schedules”)
and Frederick Charles Satow (IP number 8326) and Paul Michael
Davis (IP number 7805), each of Opus Restructuring LLP, 2 Manor
Farm Court, Old Wolverton Road, Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes,
Buckinghamshire, England, MK12 5NN, were appointed as office-
holders in their place as specified below. All removals and
replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

section 108 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Act”). Frederick Charles

4. The Outgoing Office-holder and Mark Phillips be removed from
office as joint liquidators of the companies in creditors’ voluntary
liquidation listed in Schedule A(2) attached hereto with effect from the
date of this Order pursuant to section 108 of the Act. Frederick
Charles Satow and Paul Michael Davis be appointed as joint
liquidators in respect of the said companies as specified in Schedule
A(2) with effect from the date of this Order pursuant to section 108 of
the Act.
5. The Outgoing Office-holder and Mark Phillips be removed from
office as joint liquidators of the company in members’ voluntary
liquidation listed in Schedule B attached hereto with effect from the
date of this Order pursuant to section 108 of the Act. Frederick
Charles Satow and Paul Michael Davis be appointed as joint
liquidators in respect of the said company as specified in Schedule B
with effect from the date of this Order pursuant to section 108 of the
Act.
6. In the cases listed in Schedules A to B (inclusive) the Outgoing
Office-holder and Mark Phillips (as the case may be) shall be released
by application to the Secretary of State, not to be made before 28
days from the date of the Advertisement below.
7. Where the appointments referred to in this Order are joint
appointments, any act required or authorised under any enactment to
be done by joint appointees may be done by all or any one or more of
the persons at the time being holding office. No functions are required
to be undertaken by both joint appointees acting together and no
functions are specifically the responsibility of either joint appointee.
8. The creditors in each of the cases listed in Schedules A to B shall
be notified of this order by way of one composite notice (the
“Advertisement”) to be published in The Gazette within 14 days of
receipt of the sealed order.
9. Any creditor or, in the case of a members’ voluntary liquidation, any
member, in respect of the companies listed in Schedules A to B who
has an objection to this Order, has liberty to apply to vary or discharge
this Order. Each creditor or, in the case of a members’ voluntary
liquidation, any member, in respect of the companies listed in
Schedules A to B, shall have 56 days from the date of the
Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this
Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed
in Schedules A to B until further or other order by the court.
10. Frederick Charles Satow and/or Paul Michael Davis shall file any
appropriate notices in respect of the removal of the Outgoing Office-
holder and Mark Phillips (as the case may be) and the appointment of
the Frederick Charles Satow and Mark Phillips appointed pursuant to
paragraphs three to five of this Order with the Registrar of Companies
and the Secretary of State for Business Energy Innovation and Skills
(Insolvency Service) as appropriate and as soon as reasonably
practicable.
11. Where a sole appointee is replaced by joint appointees the costs
and expensed incurred by joint appointees shall not exceed those
which would be incurred by a sole appointee.
12. In the event that, as a result of the implementation of the Order,
the replacement office-holders incur any additional cost in respect of
the administration of those estates where the Outgoing Office-holder
and Mark Phillips (as the case may be) were the office-holder (that is
to say over and above those costs incurred in the ordinary course of
the administration of those estates), those costs shall be borne by
Opus Business Projects Limited and shall not be charged as an
expense of the administration of those estates.
13. The costs of this Application (plus VAT) shall be met by SKSI
Limited.
14. Such further or other order or direction as the court thinks fit.
