WHEREAS LOUDOUN VALLEY MANUFACTURING CO LIMITED (formerly known as STEVENSON ANDERSON AND COMPANY LIMITED), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC009678 was dissolved on 12 June 2018; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Loudoun Valley Manufacturing Co Limited was heritably vest in two areas of land lying on the east side of Jamieson Road, Darvel being the subjects more particularly described in the Disposition by Trustees under Declaration of Trust by Stevenson Anderson and Company Limited in favour of Stevenson Anderson and Company Limited recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Ayr on 30 December 1966; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Loudoun Valley Manufacturing Co Ltd came to my notice on 9 March 2020: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
