LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 March 2018: • IGB Tankvermietung GmbH & Co. KG transferred 100% of the right, title and interest held by it in IGB Tank Lease LP, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013617, to Battle & Mortise Limited. Accordingly, on that date IGB Tankvermietung GmbH & Co. KG ceased to be a limited partner in IGB Tank Lease LP and Battle & Mortise Limited was accepted as a limited partner in IGB Tank Lease LP. • IGB Tankvermietung 2 GmbH & Co. KG transferred 100% of the right, title and interest held by it in IGB Tank Lease Two LP, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014135, to Battle & Mortise Limited. Accordingly, on that date IGB Tankvermietung 2 GmbH & Co. KG ceased to be a limited partner in IGB Tank Lease Two LP and Battle & Mortise Limited was accepted as a limited partner in IGB Tank Lease Two LP. • IGB Tankvermietung 3 GmbH & Co. KG transferred 100% of the right, title and interest held by it in Tank Lease Three LP, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014962, to Battle & Mortise Limited. Accordingly, on that date IGB Tankvermietung 3 GmbH & Co. KG ceased to be a limited partner in Tank Lease Three LP and Battle & Mortise Limited was accepted as a limited partner in Tank Lease Three LP.
