All that and those lands comprised in a conveyance dated 20TH june 1950 and made between evelyn murland and florence murland and nicholas j caffrey and mary josephine caffrey of the one part and thomas francis nicholl of the other part and therein described as "all that piece or parel of ground on the west side of wilsons court in the county of the city of belfast containing in front to the said court thirty feet five inches and extending backwards from front to rere on the south side nineteen feet three inches and on the north side nineteen feet three inches and containing in breadth at the rere thirty feet three inches be said several admeasurements more or less bounded on the east or front by wilsons court aforesaid and on the west or rere by premises formerly in the possession of john kane on the south by premises now known as no.17 Wilsons court aforesaid together with the dwelling houses and premises situate thereon and known and nos. 13 and 15 wilsons court aforesaid all of which said premises are situate in the parish and barony of belfast and more particularly delineated or described on the map or ground plan thereon hereon endorsed and thereon edged red".
