LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 TECHSTART NI SP 2 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (THE “PARTNERSHIP”) (Registered No. SL017019) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 23 November 2022 HENRY RICHARD ERNEST WILSON and JAMES ROBERT JOHN ANDREWS (the “Transferors”) transferred a portion of their interests in the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with the number SL017019, to TIMOTHY ALLEN MARTIN (the “Transferee”). Pursuant to the transfers, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. The Partnership is continued by the partners thereof. TECHSTART NI CAPITAL LIMITED as the General Partner for and on behalf of TECHSTART NI SP 2 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
