of Bromley hereinafter called “the Council” on 6th April 2016 made the
above-mentioned Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic

enabling, which will come into operation on 25th April 2016.
The effect of the Orders is to amend the hours of operation of the
existing loading bay and to allow waiting by Hackney Carriages

published in the News Shopper and The London Gazette on 11th
February 2015 contained a statement that the Council would be
considering in due course whether the provisions of the experimental

restrictions in sections of Lawson Gardens, Eastcote.
5. Introduce a Parking Management Scheme in Silver Birch Close,

i) Establish permit parking places (operational between ‘Monday to
Friday 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm’) in which a vehicle may be left
during the permitted hours if it displays a valid IC3 permit in Silver
Birch Close, Ickenham.
ii) Impose ‘Monday to Friday 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm ‘ and
‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in Silver Birch Close, Ickenham.
6. Introduce an extension to the Ruislip Parking Management Scheme
Zone R2 in part of Hill Lane, Ruislip
i) Establish permit parking places (operational between ‘9.00am and
5.00pm Monday to Friday’) in which a vehicle may be left during the
permitted hours if it displays a valid R2 permit in the section of Hill
Lane, Ruislip between the junctions with Sharps Lane and Orchard

ii) Impose waiting restrictions in the section of Hill Lane, Ruislip

9. Covert the existing waiting restrictions to ‘at any time’ waiting
restrictions on the following sections of Hayes End Road, Hayes:
i) West side, between the junction with Uxbridge Road to north of
Charolais House.
ii) East side, between the junction with Uxbridge Road to outside
Thurbin House.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Newham proposes to make the above mentioned Order
under Section 29 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to prohibit any vehicle
from entering that length of Tylney Road which lies between its
junctions with Capel Road and Godwin Road from 1pm to 6pm on
any Sunday, when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, for the
purpose of enabling the road to be used as a playground for children.
The Order would not apply to any vehicle requiring reasonable access
to premises situated on or adjacent to the closed length of road. It is
anticipated that this prohibition would only apply on four days per
year.
3. A copy of the proposed Order, together with documents giving
more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected from 9am to
5pm on Monday to Friday at Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road
E16 2QU until six weeks after the date on which the Order is made or
until the proposed Order is withdrawn, as appropriate.
