LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 NOTICE OF CHANGE OF PARTNER LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in EQT V (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011508 (the “Partnership”), to SP Jenga Acquisitions L.P. As a result of such transfer, SP Jenga Acquisitions L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. THE AURORA FUND LP The Aurora Fund LP (registered number SL007100), having its principal place of business at 6th Floor Quartermile 4, 7a Nightingale Way, Edinburgh, EH3 9EG (the "Partnership"), hereby gives notice that, pursuant to a Merger Agreement dated 23 March 2021, Capital Bank – Grawe Gruppe AG has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in the Partnership (such interest being represented by (and including) a capital contribution to the Partnership of €60.00) to Bankhaus Schelhammer & Schattera Aktiengesellschaft (now known as Schelhammer Capital Bank AG), and has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. Bankhaus Schelhammer & Schattera Aktiengesellschaft (now known as Schelhammer Capital Bank AG) has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership with an interest represented by (and including) a capital contribution to the Partnership of €60.00.
