OTHER NOTICES MONEY PENSIONS THE ST ELIZABETH'S CENTRE FINAL SALARY SCHEME Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that BESTrustees plc (company number 02671775) (the "Trustee"), acting as trustee of the St Elizabeth's Centre Final Salary Scheme (the "Scheme"), is in the process of securing all of the Scheme's liabilities with an insurance company and ultimately intends to wind-up the Scheme and distribute its assets in accordance with the Scheme's governing documentation. The following people are requested to write to the Scheme administrator, BBS Consultants & Actuaries Limited, c/o Jo Frost at BBS House, 23-25 St George's Rd, Bristol, BS1 5UU, on or before 31 August 2019: ● Any employee or former employee of the Congregation of the Daughters of the Cross of Liege (company number 03492921 and charity number 1068661) who believes that he / she was a member of the Scheme and who is not already receiving a pension in respect of his / her membership of the Scheme; ● Any person who believes themselves to be a beneficiary of the Scheme as the widow, widower or dependant of a deceased member of the Scheme; and ● Any other person who believes they have a claim against, or an interest in, the Scheme. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of when they were members of the Scheme. Claimants need not write if they have received correspondence from the Trustee or the Scheme administrator within the last 12 months. After 31 August 2019, the Trustee will deal with the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice and, in relation to the assets used for such distribution, it will not be liable to any person or persons for a claim of which it does not have notice.
