NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
RETAIL SECTION OF THE WHSMITH RETIREMENT SAVINGS
PLAN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act
1925 that WH Smith Retirement Savings Plan Limited ("the Trustee")
is winding up the Retail Section of the WH Smith Retirement Savings
Plan ("the Retail Section"). If you have received communication from
the Trustee regarding the wind up of the Retail Section, then you do
not need to take any action.
This notice does not relate to the News Section of the WH Smith
Retirement Savings Plan, which was wound up in September 2021.
Any former employees of or any associated company, who believe
that they are a member of the Retail Section are required to provide
details to the Trustee by emailing [email protected].
Anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim or
entitlement in relation to the Retail Section but have not received
announcements from the Trustee, should contact the Trustee in the
same way.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth,
National Insurance number, the period during which they worked for
WH Smith Retail Holdings Limited (registered number 00471941) or
any associated company* and any documents supporting their claim.
Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of
this advertisement. In addition, if any person or persons have any
other claims against or interest in the Retail Section, they are
requested to set out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2
months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
After the 2 month period, the Trustee may distribute the assets of the
Retail Section amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard
only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and
will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person
of whose claim they do not have notice.

NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Leprosy Mission Central Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”)
This Notice relates to the Scheme, which was open to the accrual of
benefits from 1 January 1967 and was closed to new entrants on 12
November 2007.
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the
Scheme hereby give notice of their intention to wind up the Scheme
and distribute its assets, and require any person having an interest in
the Scheme to send particulars of his interest or claim in respect of
the Scheme to the Trustees within the next two months. After this
time, the Trustees may distribute all or any of the assets of the
Scheme, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only
to the interests or claims, whether formal or not of which the Trustees
then have had notice. The Trustees shall not, then, be liable to any
person of whose claim the Trustees have not had notice at or before
the time of distribution.
Notification is not required from those persons whose benefits have
been secured by individual policies or who have already received
correspondence relating to the wind-up of this Scheme from the
Trustees.

dates of employment, and copies of any relevant documents:

winding-up of the Scheme.
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, Ricoh UK Limited

gives notice that the winding-up of the Scheme will shortly be
completed. The Trustee requests that (a) any employee or former

benefits under the Scheme, (c) any person (or the spouse or
dependant of that person) who was previously a member of the
Scheme but who transferred their benefits out of the Scheme, and (d)
any other person who believes they may have a claim against the
Scheme, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim
to [email protected] on or before 8 October 2025.
After this date, the Trustee will complete the process of distributing
the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons currently appearing to
be entitled to them and, in doing so, will have regard only to the
claims of which it currently has notice. The Trustee shall then not be
liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to it by 8
October 2025.
