Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Umang Patel, of

(IP No 18790) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the
purposes of such winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors
held at 12.00 noon on the same day, duly convened pursuant to
Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the appointment of Umang
Patel was confirmed.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98(1) OF THE
INSOLVENCY ACT 1986 (AS AMENDED) that a meeting of the
creditors of the above named Company will be held at BBK
Partnership, 2A Ashfield Parade, Southgate, London N14 5EJ on 11
January 2017 at 12.00 noon for the purpose of the meeting mentioned
in Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The resolutions to
be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms
on which the liquidator is to be remunerated, and the meeting may
receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the cost of
preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Umang
Patel (IP No. 18790), is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in
relation to the above and will furnish creditors, free of charge, with
such information concerning the Company’s affairs as is reasonably
required. Creditors should lodge particulars of their claims for voting

N14 5EJ. , Secured creditors should also lodge a statement giving
details of their security, the date on which it was given and the value
at which it is assessed. Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this
meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Completed

preceding working day of the meeting.
