From 01 April 2018, the day after the last filed accounts, to the date of liquidation, Mr Terry Foster (“Mr Foster”) failed to maintain, preserve or, in the alternative, failed to deliver up to the Liquidator adequate accounting records in respect of TMF Scaffolding Services and Safety Netting Limited(“TMF”). As a result, it has not been possible to establish; • the amount of income generated and whether it has been used for the benefit of TMF • how and why TMF’s creditors have risen from £172,510 as at 31 March 2018 to £366,572 at liquidation • how and why TMF’s assets have reduced from £277,944 as at 31 March 2018 to £57,023 at liquidation It has also not been possible to ascertain if the following payments and transactions were made in the normal course of business - £98,325 in payments to the Mr Foster - £21,070 in withdrawals - £8,651 in debit card transactions - £8,001 in bill payments - £17,840 in payments to an unknown 3rd party
