All and whole ellemford estate, duns, berwickshire which subjects comprise (one) all and whole the subjects at ellemford estate, duns registered in the land register of scotland under title number BER2687, (two) all and whole the subjects being part of greenhopeburn forest, ellemford, duns registered in the land register of scotland under title number BER5349, (three) all and whole the subjects being part of roughside wood, ellemford, duns and the alveus of and salmon fishings in part of the whiteadder water, registered in the land register of scotland under title number BER4887, (four) all and whole the subjects comprising commonside wood, owl wood and moor plantation, whitchester, duns registered in the land register of scotland under title number BER3114 and (five) all and whole the subjects comprising roadways and the forest road and adjoining ground both at ellemford, duns being the subjects (first) and (second) described in and disponed by disposition by nicholas connolly wilson and anthony clive hewitt as trustees acting under the trust created by the will of the late lynn anthony wilson in our favour dated 22 and 23 both march 2023 and undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number BER10515 (application number 23BER00422) under exception of (1) the properties known as and forming ellemford farmhouse, ellemford cottages numbers 1, 4, 5 and 6, todlea, broombank, fellcleugh farmhouse, fellcleugh cottages, rigfoot farmhouse and rigfoot cottages, which properties are shown coloured grey on plan 1, plan 2, plan 3, plan 4, plan 5 and plan 6 and (2) the salmon fishings forming part of the aforementioned title numbers.
