The NEWHAM LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL, hereby gives notice that it made an Order – Salway Place, Stratford, E15, (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic), Order 2021. The general effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrian traffic from proceeding or waiting on the public highway. 2. The Order will be made to enable Anjur Chopra and contractors to carry out building works, on or near the highway on various roads listed in schedule 1 below. 3. The prohibition applies from Tuesday 25th May 2021 until Wednesday 24th May 2023 or on completion of the works, whichever is the sooner. 4. The general effect of which will be No person shall enter or cause to enter roads, listed in schedule 1 below, at such times as appropriate traffic signs are displayed in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016(c). 5. Vehicular and pedestrian access will be prohibited when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016(c). 6. Vehicular traffic will be diverted via local adjacent roads, one way streets where necessary, may be reversed or revert to two - way working, road closures and parking prohibitions will apply when the appropriate signs are displayed. 7. This Order will not apply to vehicles used by the Emergency Services, or in connection with the works, provided that the road space is available. PART 2 RECOGNITION PROVISIONS Recognition decision By this Instrument the Bank of England recognises the Resolution Action in accordance with section 89H(2)(a) of the Banking Act. This Instrument takes effect despite any restriction arising by virtue of contract or legislation or in any other way. The Governor and Company of the Bank of England PENSIONS NOTICES UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 HARMAN INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIES PENSION SCHEME Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given, that the Trustees of the Harman International Industries Pension Scheme (the "Scheme") are intending to transfer members' pension benefits out of the Scheme to the Legal & General Master Trust. The Trustees of the Scheme are seeking to trace all former members of the Scheme (including ex-employees who worked at SOUNDCRAFT, ALLEN AND HEATH or HARMAN AUDIO between 1989 and 2001) and their beneficiaries who may be entitled to benefits under the Scheme.
