Vehicular traffic will be diverted via local adjacent roads, one way streets where necessary, may be reversed or revert to two - way working, road closures and parking prohibitions will apply when the appropriate signs are displayed. 7. This Order will not apply to vehicles used by the Emergency Services, or in connection with the works, provided that the road space is available.
