I, Nigel Robert Hillier of 3 Bridge Road, Ickford, Buckinghamshire HP18 9HU was a director of the company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into liquidation. I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the INSOLVENCY ACT by carrying on the business of Valelink 2000 Limited under a new company named Vale Support Services Limited (company no. 08653398) or any company or business using Vale or Valelink in its title.
