All patents, utility models, trade marks and service marks (whether registered or not), brand and trade names, registered and unregistered design rights, rights in passing off, database rights, copyrights, computer programs, inventions, confidential information, know-how, trade secrets and all other intellectual or intangible property or rights in each case now or in the future held by the borrower (whether alone or jointly with others) anywhere in the world and including any extensions and renewals of, and any and all applications for the protection thereof and all licences agreements and ancillary and connected rights and benefits including all royalties fees and other income from the same both present and future of the borrower.
