Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being convened and will be held 12 July 2022 at 10.00. Ermal Karakushi, in their capacity as the chair of the Company`s Board of Directors is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener"). The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
