LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Yuanzhe Fu transferred the whole of its interest in Vitruvian Scotcar II Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL018986 (the “Partnership”), including its capital contribution of £1 to Matrix Vision Investment Ltd and Matrix Vision Investment Ltd became a limited partner in the Partnership and Yuanzhe Fu ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that RB Hoyle Ltd transferred the whole of its interest in Vitruvian Scotcar II Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL018986 (the “Partnership”), including (i) a portion of its capital contribution of £0.50 to Patricia Anne Hoyle; and (ii) a portion of its capital contribution of £0.50 to Russell Blackburn Hoyle and (i) Patricia Anne Hoyle and (ii) Russell Blackburn Hoyle became limited partners in the Partnership and RB Hoyle Ltd ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership

LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 VITRUVIAN SCOTCAR II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP REGISTERED IN SCOTLAND NUMBER SL018986 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Betula Limited has transferred its entire interest in Vitruvian Scotcar II Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL018986 (the “Partnership”) to Ketral AB. As a result of the transfer, Betula Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Ketral AB has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
