A programme of ‘rolling’ 500m safety zones is to be established in the locality of each foundation, wind turbine and the offshore substation where construction, or major maintenance (during the operational- phase), is taking place, as indicated by the presence of construction, or maintenance, vessels and through the issue of Notices to Mariners. For partially completed infrastructure unaccompanied by a construction vessel, a 50m navigational safety zone has been applied for. The precise start date and co-ordinates of the Safety Zones will be detailed in the Notice to Mariners, prior to the commencement of construction and major maintenance operations. DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a rectangular shaped northern part width of the A3098 High Street comprising highway verge as abuts No. 53 High Street at Chapmanslade, in Wiltshire. Permission will now be required for the demolition of all unlisted buildings (other than excepted buildings) in the area. 2. It becomes an offence subject to certain exceptions to cut down, top, lop, uproot, wilfully damage or destroy any tree in the area except with the consent of the local planning authority. 4. The Local Planning Authority is now under a duty to formulate and publish proposals for the preservation and enhancements of the area.
