All rights, title and interest, present and future in and to (each as appropriate) in the self-elevating platform built in 1990 with imo number 9002570 and registered in the ownership of the owner under the laws and flag of the republic of panama known as "well-safe protector" having been assigned with international call sign HO3239 and statutory navigation patente number 29417-03-e, the title of which vessel has been permanently registered at the directorate general of public registry of property of vessels of the panama maritime authority (“ships registry”) and includes any interest therein and her engines, machinery, boats, tackle, outfit, spare gear, fuel, consumable or other stores, belongings and appurtenances whether on board or ashore and whether now owned or hereafter acquired and also any and all additions, improvements and replacements hereafter made in or to such vessel or any part thereof or in or to her equipment and appurtenances aforesaid (and all relevant owner interests therein).
