For the purpose of this notice, an Untraced Shareholder means any holder of shares whose location and/or identity is not known by the directors of the Company. The Company confirms that it has not had contact with the Untraced Shareholders since at least November 2017, despite numerous attempts to make contact having been made in the period following this date. The Company gives notice that if no contact is established within 21 days from the publication of this notice, the compulsory transfer mechanism set out in article 22 of the Articles will apply. This mechanism provides that any Untraced Shareholder who cannot be traced after all reasonable efforts have been made will be deemed to have served a transfer notice in respect of their shares. Any proceeds of sale will be held on trust for the Untraced Shareholder. Any Untraced Shareholder, or successor in title, wishing to object to the compulsory transfer of their shares should get in touch with the Company immediately (and, in any event, by no later than 21 days from the date of this notice).
