(A) the freehold property known as land on the west side of redholme, vicarage road, wrawby, brigg DN20 8RP as registered at hm land registry under title number HS395766; (b) any other freehold, leasehold or commonhold property owned by the chargor or which may in the future be owned by the chargor; (c) all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged under clause 3.1 of the instrument); and (d) all the intellectual property and (e) all licences, consents and authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with its business or the use of any secured asset, and all rights in connection with them.
