YOLO FOR MEN LIMITED Company Number: SC446020 NOTICE is hereby given than on 31 August 2017 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Yolo For Men Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC446020) and with its registered office at Highfield House, Hill Street, Alness, Ross Shire, IV17 0QL craving the Court inter alia that the said Yolo For Men Limited be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioner, Leonard Curtis Recovery, Third Floor, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW and Rebecca Dacre, Insolvency Practitioner, Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF be appointed as joint interim liquidators; and in which Petition, Lord Clark, by Interlocutor dated 31 August 2017 appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers with the Petition Department, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Stuart Robb and Rebecca Dacre to be joint provisional liquidators of the company and authorised them to exercise, inter alia, the powers contained in Part II and in paragraphs 6,7 and 12 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
