The amount of the permissible capital payment for the shares to be purchased is £72,000. The directors’ solvency statement and auditor’s report required by section 714 of the Companies Act 2006 are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company. Any creditor of the Company may at any time within the five weeks immediately following 5 July 2019 apply to the Court under section 721 of the COMPANIES ACT 2006 for an order preventing the payment
