Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
that the trustees of the Kliklok International Limited Retirement
Benefits Plan (1976) (the "Kliklok Plan"), are intending to wind-up the
Kliklok Plan in accordance with the Kliklok Plan's governing
documentation. This follows the transfer of all of the assets and
liabilities of the Kliklok Plan to the Bosch UK Retirement Benefits
Scheme (the "Bosch Scheme") on 31 March 2017 (the "Merger").

6EG on or before 31 March 2018:
• any employee or former employee of Kliklok International Limited
who believes that he/she was a member of the Kliklok Plan and who

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough
of Kensington and Chelsea on 27th May 2015 made the above-
mentioned Order under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into operation on 8th June
2015 and continue in force for up to 18 months.
2. The general effect of the Order will be, on an experimental basis, to
reduce the length of the existing one-way traffic system in Spear
Mews so that it will only apply from Earl’s Court Road to the south-
western (rear) boundaries of Nos. 190 and 192 Earl’s Court Road. The
one-way system will continue to operate in a north-east to south-west
direction.
3. The reduction in length of the existing one-way traffic system is
required to improve vehicle access for residents and businesses in
Spear Mews and allow vehicles to turn around in the Mews to leave.

OVERSEAS) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2015
The Department for Employment and Learning has made a Statutory
Rule entitled “The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Adoptions from
Overseas) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015” (S.R. 2015 No. 99)
which came into operation on 5th April 2015 and was approved by
resolution of the Assembly on 12th May 2015.
This Rule modifies the Statutory Shared Parental Pay (General)
Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 94) to provide an
entitlement to statutory shared parental pay for qualifying individuals
adopting from overseas and reflect the different triggers and
qualification points which exist in cases of adoption from overseas.

REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2015
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel,
in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 49(1) and (2), (5)
(b) and (6)(b) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, has
made a Statutory Rule entitled The Statistics and Registration
Services Act 2007 (Disclosure of Patient Registration Information)
Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No.208).The Statutory
Rule was affirmed by resolution of the Northern Ireland Assembly on
18th May 2015 and comes into operation on 19th May 2015.
The regulations will enable the Department of Health, Social Services
and Public Safety to disclose selected demographic information from
the patient registration records to the Northern Ireland Statistics and
Research Agency for the purpose of producing population statistics.

The Department for Employment and Learning made a Statutory Rule

This Rule provides an entitlement for a mother/adopter and a child’s
father/adoptive parent or a mother’s or adopter’s partner to take
shared parental leave and sets out the qualifying requirements that
must be satisfied by an employee, and also by that person’s partner,
in order for the employee to qualify for shared parental leave. It also
sets out the notice and evidence requirements which must be met for
the employee to avail of shared parental leave.

approved by resolution of the Assembly on 12th May 2015.
This Rule applies and modifies existing powers in the 1996 Order to
allow the making of regulations to give an employee who meets the
eligibility criteria entitlement to statutory adoption leave, paternity
leave and shared parental leave if that employee has a child born with
the help of a surrogate and the employee is a parental order parent.
