Bertha Earth’s mission is to grow a diverse network of young environmental leaders, storytellers and changemakers who protect, nurture and celebrate our planet, now and for generations to come. As a sister organisation to Bertha Foundation, whose mission is to fight for social and economic justice for all, we aim to support and equip young people with the skills and tools needed to address the climate crisis. There are three core programmes to help support, amplify and inspire youth-led action: 1. BE Ambassadors This programme offers an in-depth, holistic approach to environmental education. It includes a series of workshops delivered in schools by Bertha Earth coaches, a nature connect retreat, and a one year environmental challenge. Those who wish to further develop their environmental activism and storytelling skills may continue on as mentors and members of our youth council. 2. BE Schools A teacher training programme enabling us to scale up and deliver programmes across the countr
