Bristol Living Limited (‘the company’) was established to carry out the letting and management of residential properties. The company retains ownership of the panels themselves and has responsibility for their management and maintenance, as well as the collection of income in the form of the Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) and Export Tariff. The company uses the services of BP to assist in the day-to-day conduct of its activities in relation to the PV panels. These services include financial, legal and management services.
