Our principal objective is to maximise shareholder returns by ensuring reasonable dividend pay outs on an annual basis and increasing the company's net asset position. In order to facilitate such an environment, we present to our customers. competitively priced products to the highest quality which in the present climate will enable us to increase our turnover and also achieve expected margins. We keep monitoring key performance indicators to help us achieve our objectives, but we do not feel it appropriate to present this here so as to not prejudice our competitive position. The directors believe that further performance indicators are not necessary or appropriate for an understanding of the development, performance, or position of the company, and that the indicators identified are used by the board to monitor performance
