On 10 November 2012, the term of certain remaining concessions of MLdN expired and the mining and processing activities of that entity ceased permanently and as a result the Company's nickel marketing activities are currently suspended. The directors have the current intention to liquidate the Company in the next year. The Company previously entered into the following export in-kind arrangement with MLdN.
