Pathways to Health is a high quality, low-cost ear acupuncture service for people affected by stress, anxiety and depression, drug and alcohol dependency, mental health issues, and those living with Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS in Brighton and Hove. The service also helps those dependent on tobacco who wish to give up smoking. Auricular acupuncture also helps to promote relaxation and a sense of well-being.
