Told me it was just out of warranty so had ring a number to do an out of warranty claim but it was highly likely they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I then rang PC Shack and spoke to Lewis, after telling him what was happening he said he definitely thought he could have me up and running again. I took it in and with in a day Lewis rang me to tell me he had it back up and running. Brilliant service and affordable.
