Description Our UK Made Plastic Access Panel Range offers you a unique advantage no other range on the market does- All sizes are guaranteed to not sag when fitted in ceilings. The hinged door is designed to ensure it stays flush with the frame regardless of  where the panel is fitted. The panels are lightweight and easy to fit, and when in place will provide a 20dB acoustic reduction. Note: The 550x550mm size option has pre-formed, chamfered fixing holes on the inner frame - we recommend screw fixing. Note fixing holes are inside the door and not visible when the door is closed and the panel is fitted). Material and Finish: We use high impact UV stable white plastic when making our plastic access panels. UV stable plastic is a bit more expensive, but it won't discolour when exposed to sunlight. The face of the access panel surface is finely textured for a paint finish if required. Anti-static treated. For more information please see our image gallery for a link to a product video. Lock options and locking: Push fit/ Snap Friction - This lock option provides a push fit lock with. The hinged plastic door can be opened with a flat head screwdriver or a coin and is easily removed from the frame without tools, with the slotted integral hinge. Key Operated Lock - The key lock option gives added security with the addition of a key operated cam lock. Fitting information: Apply a suitable adhesive to the groove in the back of the frame and simply push into place (see video in the image gallery for further details).
