What it does

Both the new Chair and Treasurer stepped into major roles with no previous experience of running the organisation, and there was a period during the year when the Board had to carefully assess whether SEAUK could continue operating sustainably. Through the commitment of the Directors, the organisation remained active, financially stable, and able to continue serving its members.The principal activity of the association during the year was to continue operating in support of the Somatic Experiencing community in the UK. SEAUK continued to serve its membership and uphold its role in promoting Somatic Experiencing, maintaining professional visibility, and supporting connection within the wider SE community. The SEP directory is a key tool enabling members of the public to find a practitioner.
