Between 1 March 2020 and 5 May 2020 Mr Clapp removed funds from the company bank account for his own benefit, in the sum of £21,000. Between 16 March 2020 and 6 April 2020 Mr Clapp paid a total of £2,000 to his co-director. By removing these funds from the company bank account the company became insolvent and was unable to pay the company tax liability of £63,331 at liquidation.
