This guide explains how to request the removal of your operational data from our systems. Operational data includes all information related to your use of our services, account details, and system-generated data.
What is Operational Data? Operational data includes:

- Usage Data: Login history, search queries, page views, feature usage
- Preferences: Settings, notification preferences, saved searches
- Communication Records: Support tickets, emails, chat logs
- Technical Data: IP addresses, device information, cookies, session data
- Transaction History: Purchase records, subscription details, payment methods
Before You Submit a Request Please consider:
- Deleting operational data will permanently close your account
- You will lose access to all services and historical data
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (we'll inform you of this)
- The process is irreversible once completed
