THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (LOADING BAYS) (AMENDMENT
NO. 60) ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 14th
April 2025 made the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of and
Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to replace the goods vehicle
only loading bay outside Nos. 98 and 100 St. John’s Wood High
Street with a loading bay (allowing non-goods vehicles to also service
properties in this road). There will be no change to the controlled
hours in this loading bay, which will continue to operate between 7.00
a.m. and 7.00 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.
3. The Order, which will come into force on 21st April 2025, and other
documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available
for inspection until 26th May 2025 at https://
westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/notices and, in person by
appointment only, at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street,
London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any
provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the
relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of

within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make
application for the purpose to the High Court.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of
Haringey on 11th April 2025 has made the above mentioned Orders
under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and under section 90a
and 90c of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps)
Regulations 1999 to introduce a raised speed table and Section 23
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to implement a raised Zebra
Crossing on Western Road N22.
The general effect of the orders:
a) To convert the shared use permit holders parking/pay to park bays
to double yellow lines on the west side of Western Road N22 outside
No.22 The Decorium, a length of 16.6 metres.
b) To remove the shared use permit holders parking/pay to park bays
on the west side of Western Road N22 opposite the car park for Faith
Miracle Church, John Raphael House.
c) To introduce double yellow lines on the west side of Western Road
N22 opposite the dropped kerb vehicle access to the car park for
Faith Miracle Church, John Raphael House, a length of 9.4 metres.
d) To introduce a bus stop on the west side of Western Road N22
opposite the car park for Faith Miracle Church, John Raphael House a
length of 12 metres.
e) To convert double yellow lines to a bus stop on the east side of
Western Road N22 outside lamp column WE/4S/, a length of 12
metres.
f) To remove the shared use permit holders parking/pay to park bays
on the west side of Western Road N22 outside lamp column WE/6/S,
a length of 38.1 metres.
g) To introduce double yellow line on the west side of Western Road
N22 outside lamp column WE/6/S, a length of 27 metres.
As part of this scheme a raised Zebra Crossing (this will be the full
width of the carriageway and a maximum height of 75mm) would be
introduced on Western Road N22, with the centre of the crossing
located 64.6 metres north west from the northern kerb line of Coburg
Road. The speed table will commence 46.5 metres north west from
the northern kerb line of Coburg Road, north west for 24.1 metres
(this will be the full width of the carriageway unless otherwise stated
and a maximum height of 75mm). The crossing would be supported
with associated zig-zag markings, on which vehicles would be
prohibited from stopping at all times. These will be placed on the
carriageway either side of the crossing; no more than 17 metres in
both directions.
A raised speed table will also be introduced on Western Road N22
from a point 17.9 metres north of the southern land boundary of
refuse & recycling centre, north for 16.4 metres inclusive of ramps
(this will be the full width of the carriageway unless otherwise stated
and a maximum height of 75mm).
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 17th April
2025.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Ealing, propose to introduce the above-mentioned Order,
under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the proposed Order would be to introduce 1
hour no return periods in existing parking places in BRADFORD
ROAD, W3, BROADWAY, HANWELL, CANBERRA ROAD, CANHAM
ROAD, COWLEY ROAD, KIRCHIN ROAD, LONGFIELD AVENUE, W5,
SINGAPORE ROAD, STANLEY GARDENS, THE BROADWAY,
SOUTHALL, WARPLE WAY, WOOD END GARDENS, and WOOD END
LANE, NORTHOLT.
3. The proposed Order, and other documents giving more detailed

Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make this Order to
designate the parking areas adjacent to the Platinum Jubilee Leisure
Centre, Rowlheys Place, West Drayton as a car park operational
between ‘Monday to Friday 8.30am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday
8.30am to 6pm’, introducing parking charges as set out in the
Schedule below and a permit scheme for members who pay monthly
or annually. A copy of the notice of proposals, proposed Order
together with full details, a plan and the Council’s statement of

of Barking and Dagenham in exercise of its powers under sections 84

enabling legislation and powers and after consultation with the
Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with Part IV
of Schedule 9 of the Act made the above Order, the effect of which

Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction)
(Amendment No 32) Traffic Order 2025 would be
• to make minor changes to various scheduled definitions of lengths
of waiting and loading restrictions in the Bexley (Waiting and Loading
Restriction) Traffic Order 2019, without physically changing any
existing markings so that the definitions of those lengths of waiting
and loading restrictions in the Order schedules accurately reflect the
existing markings on street and facilitate better enforcement.
3. The general effect of the Bexley (Loading Places) (Amendment No
3) Traffic Order 2025 would be
• to make minor changes to various scheduled definitions of lengths
of Loading Place restrictions in the Bexley (Loading Places) Traffic
Order 2019, without physically changing any existing markings so that
the definitions of those lengths of waiting and loading restrictions in
the Order schedules accurately reflect the existing markings on street
and facilitate better enforcement.
4. The general effect of the Bexley (Abbey Wood Station)(Parking
Places) (Amendment No 15) Traffic Order 2025 would be
• to make minor changes to various scheduled definitions of lengths
of Parking Place restrictions in the Bexley (Abbey Wood)(Parking

(AMENDMENT NO. XX) TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Bexley propose to make the above titled Traffic Order
under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of
and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order
would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places)
Traffic Order 2018: -
a) Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 5
Harding Road, Bexleyheath.
b) The section of parking bay proposed to be removed currently
operates between 10.00am and 12.00pm, Monday to Friday, this will
be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’10.00am and
12.00pm Monday to Friday’.
c) There is a loss of one parking place.

NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee
Act 1925 that the Trustees are winding up the Wiltshire (Bristol)
Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme ("the Scheme") and are
intending to distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance
with the Scheme's governing documentation. It is intended that
this will be achieved by securing members' benefits with an
insurance company.
If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, and/or you
have received a communication from the Trustees regarding the
wind up of the Scheme, then you do not need to take any action.
Please note this notice only applies to the Scheme, it does not apply
to any other pension scheme associated with the Principal Employer,
Auto Trader Limited (03909628).
The Scheme was established by a Trust Deed dated 31 October 1991
and is currently governed by a Consolidated Trust Deed and Rules
dated 6 March 2003 (as amended). The wind-up of the Scheme
commenced on 10 March 2025.
Who should contact the Trustees?
The following persons are requested to write to the Trustees at the
address given below, within 2 months of the date of this Notice if
they have not already received a letter from the Trustees notifying
them of the wind up of the Scheme:
• Any employee or former employee of Auto Trader Limited or an
associated Employer who believes that they are a member of the
Scheme;
• Any person who believes that they are beneficiary of the Scheme
such as a widow, widower, civil partner or other dependent of a
deceased member of the Scheme; and
• Any person who believes they have any other interest, claim or
entitlement in relation to the Scheme.

stage during the period from 31 October 1991 are:

any company associated with the Scheme, and any documents
supporting their claim.
Claimants whose benefits derive from a member's death should, in
addition, provide the member's full name, date of birth, home address
at the date of death, National Insurance number (if known), the period
during which he or she worked for an Employer and the name of that
Employer. Please quote the Scheme name in all correspondence.

Deadline for claims

whose claim they do not have notice.
