In the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales No. 001651 of 2025 Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 12 March 2025 that Michael Colin John Sanders (IP number 8698) was removed as Office Holder with one of Georgina Marie Eason (IP number 9688), James Alexander Snowdon (IP number 9457), Steven Illes (IP number 23730), Liam Alexander Short (IP number 14570) and Nicholas O’Reilly (IP number 8309), all of MHA, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall, London EC2Y 5AU being appointed Office Holder in his place in accordance with the below schedule. Where the appointments referred to in the Order are joint appointments, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by joint appointees may be done by all or one or more of the persons at the time of holding office. No functions are required to be undertaken by both joint appointees acting together and those functions are specifically the responsibility of either joint appointee. Where the Outgoing Office Holder is removed and replaced as administrator and those administrations have subsequently been converted into CVLs on or before the date of the Order, the Replacement Office Holder in each case as set out in Schedule A, shall also replace the Outgoing Office Holder as liquidator. Any creditor, or, in the case of any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the appointments listed in Schedule A to H who has an objection to this Order shall have 21 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases listed in schedules A to H until further or other order by the Court. Save in respect of any cases subject to an application by any creditor under paragraph 8 the Outgoing Office Holder shall receive his release and discharge from liability as office holder on application to the Secretary of State, save that in respect of the administration cases such release and discharge from liability shall be 28 days after the date of Advertisement and in respect of the voluntary arrangements shall be in accordance with their terms.
