LIMITED WHEREAS DAWSON INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS (UK) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC054674 was dissolved on 23 November 2016; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS it has been presented to me that immediately before its dissolution the said Dawson International Holdings (UK) Limited was heritably vest in those two areas of land at Dunsdalehaugh, Selkirk coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Dawson International Holdings (UK) Limited came to my notice on 8 February 2022: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title (if any) in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
