GAIN A ROOM HOME IMPROVEMENTS LIMITED Company Number: SC352683 (IN PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION) Notice is hereby given that on 12th January 2018, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Tayside Central and Fife at Dunfermline by Beatson's Building Supplies Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Gain A Room Home Improvements Limited, having their Registered Office at Torridon House, Torridon Lane, Rosyth KY11 2EU be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator and that in the meantime Derek A Jackson, 3rd Floor, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dunfermline by Interlocutor dated 12th January 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, 1/6 Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline KY12 7HJ within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
