LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given in respect of the following transfers of limited partnership interests in IK VII No.2 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014772 (the “Partnership”): i. 100% of The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company For Its Group Annuity Separate Account’s interest in the Partnership has been transferred to SP VHS Acquisitions L.P.; and ii. 100% of NM Regal, LLC’s interest in the Partnership has been transferred to SP VHS Acquisitions L.P., (together, the “Transferred Interests”). LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 March 2018, Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation transferred to ASF Pollock, L.P. the entire interest held by it in IK VII No. 2 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP014772 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on such date Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and ASF Pollock, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
