THE SMOKE, HEAT AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS FOR
PRIVATE TENANCIES REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND)
The Department for Communities has made a Statutory Rule Entitled
"The Smoke, Heat and Carbon Monoxide Alarms for Private
Tenancies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024; 2024 No.123 which
comes into operation on 1 September 2024.
These Regulations set minimum standards for the purpose of
determining whether a landlord of a private tenancy has complied
with the duty contained in Article 11B(1) of the Private Tenancies
(Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006 No. 1459 (N.I. 10) to keep in
repair and working order sufficient appliances for detecting fire,
smoke or carbon monoxide.

Notice is hereby given to all persons claiming and/or being entitled to
make claims by reason of the collision between the M/V “VERITY”
(IMO No. 9229178) and the M/V “POLESIE” (IMO No. 9488097) on 24
October 2023 in international waters 14 nautical miles southwest of
Heligoland at approximate position 54.02583N. 7.64194E. that:
1. A decree was made on the 14 May 2024 in the High Court of
Justice of the Isle of Man Claim No. ORD 24/0002, on the application
of the Owners of the Vessel M/V “VERITY”, Casper Chartering Limited
(the “Claimant”) limiting the liability of the Claimant for claims of a
type which fall within the provisions of the Convention on Maritime
Claims 1976 (as amended by the 1996 Protocol thereto) to 1,240,400
Special Drawing Rights.
2. Any application to set aside the said decree must be made on or
before 29 July 2024.
3. Any claims of a type which fall within the Convention on Maritime
Claims 1976 (as amended by the 1996 Protocol thereto) must be
made in this action on or before the 29 July 2024.
4. All applications and claims are to be filed with the Isle of Man
Courts of Justice, Deemsters Walk, Bucks Road, Douglas Isle of Man,

An action has been raised in Dumfries Sheriff Court by DAVID
MCGINNESS, Insolvency Practitioner, French Duncan LLP, 81 George
Street, Edinburgh EH2 3ES as LIQUIDATOR OF KATHERINE LOUISA
WEBB CONSULTANCY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the
Companies Acts (with company registration number SC331815)
formerly having its registered office at Kirkgunzeon Church,
Kirkgunzeon, Dumfries DG2 8LA and now at 133 Finnieston Street,
Glasgow G3 8HB, Noter, calling for orders in terms of section 212 of
the Insolvency Act 1986 against KATHERINE WEBB, whose last
known address was 4 Roseburn Place, Edinburgh EH12 5NN and in
which Note the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 24 May 2024 appointed
any party claiming interest, if they intended to show cause why the

deemed consent procedure.
