The general effect of the Prescribed Route Order would be to impose a one-way traffic system for all vehicles, except pedal cycles, in Manbey Park Road, in a direction from west to east, towards Water Lane (note - the one-way system currently applies to all vehicles, including pedal cycles). 3. The general effect of the Free Parking Places Order would be to introduce parking places that would allow parking free of charge for a maximum period of 5 minutes, no return within 1 hour: (a) which would operate from 6am to 10am and 4pm to 12 midnight on Monday to Sunday, in:– (i) Forest Lane, on the north side, outside No. 2 Leytonstone Road; and (ii) Leytonstone Road, on the north-west side, outside Nos. 33 and 35; (b) which would operate from 6am to 12 midnight on Mondays to Sundays, in Water Lane, on the west side, 6 metres north of Manbey Park Road. 4. The general effect of the Stratford Parking Places Order would be to:- (a) change the pay and display parking place in Manbey Park Road, on the north side, opposite No. 1a by removing 1.8 metres of parking space from its west end (and replacing it with part of a loading bay – see paragraph 5(a) below); and (b) introduce pay by phone parking places which would operate from 6am to 9pm on Monday to Sunday and would allow parking for a maximum period of 1 hour, no return within 1 hour in:- (i) Leytonstone Road, on the west side, outside Nos. 57 to 63; and (ii) The Grove, on the west side, outside Nos. 190 and 192. The charge would be £2 for up to 1 hour. 5. The general effect of the Loading Bays Order would be to introduce new loading bays for loading/unloading by any vehicle:- (a) between 6am and 9pm on Monday to Sunday at the following locations: (i) Leytonstone Road, on the west side, outside Nos. 53 to 57; (ii) Manbey Park Road, on the north side, opposite No. 1a; (iii) The Grove, on the west side, outside No. 192 to 196; (iv) Well Street, on the east side, adjacent to No. 1 Leytonstone Road; ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE (b) between 10am and 4pm on Monday to Sunday at the following locations: (i) Forest Lane, on the north side, outside No. 2 Leytonstone Road; (ii) Leytonstone Road, on the north side, outside Nos. 33 and 35. 6. The general effect of the Disabled Persons Community Parking Order would be to introduce disabled persons’ parking places that would allow parking of vehicles displaying a disabled 'blue’ badge for a maximum period of 3 hours, no return within 2 hours, at the following locations:- (a) Leytonstone Road, outside Nos. 37 to 41; (b) Water Lane, on the west side, 12 metres south of Forest Lane. 8. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping on Taxi Ranks Order would be to ban vehicles from stopping at any time on a new taxi rank to be introduced in Leytonstone Road, on the east side, outside Nos. 4 to 8. 9.
