Description: The chargor charges by way of first legal mortgage the properties, and all buildings and all fixtures on each of the properties. The chargor charges by way of first fixed charges all interests and estates in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now or subsequently owned by it (other than any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property effectively charged by way of legal mortgage under clause 3.1) and, in each case, all buildings and fixtures on each such property and all its intellectual property.

Description: All interests in respect of any registered intellectual property right in any territory or jurisdiction including without limitation, patents (including supplementary protection certificates), trade marks, service marks, registered designs and any similar right in any territory or jurisdiction and any applications or right to apply for any of the above, any brand and trade names, domain names, invention, copyright, design right or performance right, any trade secrets, database right, know-how and confidential information and the benefit of any agreement or licence for the use of any such right and any similar right in any territory or jurisdiction and any applications or right to apply for any of the above together with any registrations, extensions, renewals or applications of or for the same, now or at any time hereafter (and from time to time) owned or held by the company or (to the extent of its interest) in which the company has an interest..
